The InstallTool.cmd , ConfigTool.cmd
and the Opatch needs to be run as administrator especially in the windows platforms
Background
Issue #1
We were in the middle
of a installing EPM 11.1.2.4 for an implementation and the configuration
failed. It throws the following error message
