Restoring the Out of Box artifacts for the EPBCS modules!

It happened that some of the module-based artifacts were missing/accidentally deleted and we were finding a way to restore them.

As a user of Oracle Enterprise Performance Budgeting and Planning Cloud Service (EPBCS), you may want to restore the out-of-box artifacts that were delivered with your EPBCS instance.

In this blog, we will see how to systematically restore artifacts related to the EPBCS module's process of restoring the out-of-box artifacts for the EPBCS modules.

You can use the Enable Features option to restore the missing Out of Box (OOB) artifact for the module in question - Capital, Financials, Projects, Workforce, Strategic Modeling.

In this blog, we will pick the Finacial as an example. And we will restore the Trend Based Data Form if you notice all the dimensions from the POV are removed. 

                                1. Navigator->Configure. Select Module "Financials" from Drop Down Menu.

                                            2. Select 'Enable Features'

3. Select 'Enable' and 'Yes' when prompted.

No need to select any selection, select Enable and hit Yes.

The OOB artifacts are getting repopulated.

                   4. Log Out of the application after it has been completed or reload the Navigation Fow.

        5. Log In and verify the missing artifact has been restored.
